The lay ministries at PCN are at the heart of our
mission. You will find an open and encouraging atmosphere for
disciples to become ministers and creators of disciples by initiating
and engaging ministry. Following are just a few of our more prominent
ministries.

Becky
Fulton - Children's Ministries
Whether it be our first class Wednesday
evening children’s ministry, our Sunday School,
our special evangelism and activities ministries, our
nursery, or our quizzing ministries, you will find your
children's needs are our priority. Just as Jesus grew
in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men (Luke
2:52) so we want to see your children develop. PCN's children's
ministry's mission is to: nurture the spiritual growth
of children, enhancing their understanding of God's love
and purpose for their lives, and encourage them to develop
a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Fiske - Youth Ministries
The youth ministry at PCN is a high-energy student ministry.
It is designed to help teens navigate the crossroads of
life by pointing them to the proper path, which is clearly
marked by the Cross of Jesus Christ. A proper balance of
discipleship, fellowship, and service opportunities are
maintained offering a safe environment to grow and have
fun!
Few ministries at PCN are growing like the youth ministry.
It is a thrill to watch your youth learn to implement the
words of Paul found in 1 Timothy 4:12, "Don't
let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set
an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love,
in faith and in purity." |

Rit
Criscitello - Men's Ministries
The definition of manhood and the role of men in our world
is changing. Maintaining a Biblical understanding is essential
if the men are to be the source of direction and influence
God intended. That is why the men of PCN meet on a regular
basis in a sundry of settings. Everything from small accountability
groups to monthly Saturday morning prayer breakfasts are
provided to aid in the spiritual and social health of the
x-y chromosome types among us. |

Mike
Griffin - Worship Ministries
Music penetrates the human heart like few other mediums.
It serves as a soothing salve, a challenging anthem, a,
expression of devotion, and a hymn of love. That is why
worship is so critical to the Church's spiritual health.
PCN's Christ-centered worship is designed to allow the
body of Christ to engage and participate. It is not a performance
by professionals. It is overseen by a team of laymen whose
hearts are turned to God and love to be used by God to usher
the congregation into His presence. |
